Survey Background

Members of the Hawaii Chapter of the AGA,

Aloha! For the last several months, chapter leadership has been involved in a strategic planning effort designed to help identify specific goals and objectives and to "chart a course" regarding the direction of the chapter. To support the planning effort, we feel it is critical that we get input and feedback from you, our chapter's members and supporters, as to what you would like the chapter to do and where we should focus our time and resources going forward. We have developed a survey for the purpose of gathering your input and insight regarding the operations and direction of the chapter. The survey, which can be accessed at the link identified below, will run through the month of July 2008. The survey should only take 5-10 minutes to complete - your input is important to us and we would like to hear from everyone.

To help make the survey a little more exciting, we are providing a $25 gift certificate to every 10th individual who responds to the survey, with e-mail announcements provided to the members. To identify the individuals who will receive gift certificates, names and e-mail addresses need to be provided with the survey; however, in order to encourage the best feedback possible, confidentiality will be protected for all responses. Survey responses will be maintained by an individual outside of AGA Hawaii and there will be no link between your name and the answers provided for evaluation.
