EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN

EXHIBIT HOURS
The exhibits officially open at: Wednesday, October 14th, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Thursday, October 15th 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
EXHIBITOR MOVE-OUT
Thursday, October 15th 5:30 pm — 6:30 pm Exhibitors MUST BE CLEARED by 6:30 pm on Thursday, October 15, 2009 except for the Internet Cafe and designated exhibitors. Please note that exhibition area stays open until 5:30 pm and exhibitors are expected to staff their booths and refrain form dismantling their booths until 5:30 pm.
PROVIDED BOOTH EQUIPMENT
8’ x 10’ (W x D) booth will include 6’ skirted table and two chair.
NOTES
Please bring any extension cords that you may need, as the hotel charges to rent them. The hotel will tape it down to the floor, if necessary. Also, nothing should be taped/posted on the walls.
INTERNET ACCESS
Clearwire, as an official sponsor, will provide wireless internet access to all attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors. Alternatively, the Sheraton offers wireless internet access for a fee.

SAFETY
Standing on chairs, tables, or other furniture while setting up your exhibit is PROHIBITED. AGA and ASMC are not responsible for injuries caused by improper use of the furniture. Facility and best practice require that all exhibitors wear covered shoes during installation or dismantle.
OVERNIGHT SECURITY
Private security service will be provided for exhibitors from October 14th at 5:30 pm to October 15th at 6:30 am.
